Art Show

Tue Apr 14, 2009, 9:17 PM
If you happen to be in the Orlando, Fl area tonight (WED NIGHT April 15th) around 5-8PM, come check out the UCF BFA art show at the gallery in the Visual Arts Bldg at UCF. Im finally in the show, and Im pretty stoked about it. The show will be there for a couple weeks, but I'll only be there wed from 5-8pm. I'll be answering any questions about my art... or life in general...

I can also probably answer some programming or physics questions if you have them, heh.

Anyway, hope to see some people there!

I’ve just spent half an hour browsing your gallery. Absolutely love your life drawings.
your style is simply awesome, i'll put you a watch, if you don't matter, keep up the good work!!
An amazing body of work. Were you trained classically? Your nudes look as if they have a traditional studio technique. Very beautiful technique....classic. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your art.
I just graduated from UCF with a BFA in Drawing.
Gorgeous technique!! UFC...hmmmm...well instructors can't "pull" that kind of sensitivity and talent out of someone if it isn't there already. Your style of drawing is what "thrills me right down to my socks" when I look at your technique...it's realistic yet has a truly creative/artistic/classic feel to it. I'm pleased to have found your art here on deviant.
Long time no see such a masterpiece like Thalia, wonderful, Sir :)

You are (one of, maybe THE) best figure artists I've found on DA. Great work. That's a hefty but honest compliment so don't get a big head; keep getting better. It really is great stuff.
Thanks! Dont worry, I wont get a big head about it :)

hey, I just saw all the wonderful figure drawings you uploaded. Looks great! Anyways, I went and stalked over to your profile page and saw that you are at UCF.. and I thought that was oddly cool... (hopefully I remember this right, you can point out if I fail) my school had a visiting artist today who teaches figure there... rather impressive work! anyways if I am right, it was Robert Rivers.

Just sharing how small the world is... Keep up the great work!

WWT-LD?
yup. Robert Rivers teaches at UCF. He's a great teacher, very passionate about art for art's sake. Did you get to see any of his etchings? Those are really freakin' amazing.

PS: What school did he visit?
Excellent works ... I like your style of drawing.
